1. When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your logistics tracking details.
2. How Long Does Shipping Take & How Do I Track My Package?
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected delivery method during checkout:
- Standard / Free Shipping: 10 to 15 business days.
- Expedited / Express Shipping: 7 to 12 business days.
Your tracking number will be active and updated within 24 to 48 hours after your order has been dispatched.
3. How Do I Cancel or Edit My Order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or change your order details (such as shipping address or case model), please email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered our fulfillment center or has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. In this case, you may return the unopened item once delivered under our 30-Day Return Policy.
4. What Is Your Return and Refund Policy?
We offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect phone case model, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item with clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Please do NOT send returns back without contacting us first for a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and correct return warehouse address.
- Customized cases or final clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
